Felix Powroslo – Coach and Director

Felix Powroslo is an expert on stage presence and concert staging. His workshops are known for their emotional depth and appreciative atmosphere. With his empathetic approach, he helps speakers to come out of their shells, overcome internal barriers, and unleash their potential on stage. As a coach, director, and systemic communication trainer, he works with both stage professionals and speakers and executives. In addition, he teaches at several universities, including the HfS “Ernst Busch” in Berlin.

Following his education at the Bavarian Theater Academy, he devoted several years to performing on stage. His career spanned a decade as an actor and singer, primarily in city and state theaters. Additionally, he held a prestigious position as a Blue Man in the Blue Man Group in Berlin. Throughout his time at the university, he initiated his journey into teaching and directing, working with artists such as Bodo Wartke, Maybebop, Mnozil Brass, or Corvus Corax alongside his stage work. Teaching and directing has since evolved into his professional vocation.
