Registration fee and conditions

The registration fee includes all sessions, all concerts in the main programme of the full event plus ONLINE access. Registration fees are presented in Euros, per person.

10 % reduction for group registrations (at least 10 persons)

*Indirect members of European Choral Association (ECA) are individuals that are a member of an organisation that is a member of the European Choral Association. Please note that from January 1st 2022, the membership system of ECA has changed. Therefore you might not find your organisation in our registration system, although it is still mentioned on the website of ECA. Please contact ECA if you have any questions.

** Fees differ according to the country group system of the European Choral Association. Please note that the distribution of countries to different country groups is slightly changed from November 2024.

The registration fee does not include meals or accommodation.

Please be aware that for masterclasses (conducting: Risto Joost, composition: Ēriks Ešenvalds) an audition is required. Separate registration is needed for masterclasses and it starts in January 2025.

For labs (Lone Larsen and Jesper Holm) you need to register in advance during the registration process.

For most sessions you can apply shortly before the event, or during the event.
For some sessions, no application is needed. Your registration is sufficient.
