International Cooperation in the Choral World – meet your colleagues!
Lounge about international cooperation: Our lounges offer you a space to meet your peers and others interested in your work and informally exchange with them. This is the right lounge for you, if you want to meet and network with colleagues from around the world who are interested in international cooperation. You can make new contacts and share your experience on what works well. Participants will include representatives from the International Federation for Choral Music (IFCM), the European Choral Association and the Choral Festival Network who can also tell you more about their work, which will also be presented during the project presentation session “What the choral world has to offer”.
The discussion will be faciliated by Sonja Greiner (DE).
Sonja Greiner (DE) is the Secretary General of the European Choral Association and a member of the Board of the World Youth Choir Foundation.
After working as the manager of the International Chamber Choir Competition and the festival Musica Sacra International in Marktoberdorf (Germany), she started working for Europa Cantat in 1995.
She was a member and treasurer of both the European and the International Music Council between 2000 and 2013 and was elected Honorary Member of the International Music Council in 2015.
